Personalised transformation & energy session
This is a tailored 2 hour intensive therapy session, using a combination of energy therapy, NLP, visualisation and other holistic modalities.

6 Week RESET
Guides you on how to create healthy habit changes with daily routine, meal planning, work and lifestyle. You will gain a better understanding of your inner restrictions and unhealthy patterns of behaviour and thoughts and learn how to shift these through guided visualisation, breathwork & NLP practices. You will create sustainable health and wellbeing goals and learn to calm the mind and body through weekly embodiment practices.
Sessions are 1.5 hours weekly in person or via Zoom video call.

12 session EMPOWERED SELF program
This program has been designed to deep dive and strengthen all parts of the mind and body through a unique multi tiered therapy approach. We will work on discovering core belief imprints that affect daily decisions, actions/reactions and restrictions that often hold individuals back from achieving personal/life goals, confidence, self-esteem, fears and unhealthy habits.
You will learn to manage these old patterns of behaviour and slow the mind and body down through embodiment practices, breathwork, visualisation, NLP (neuro linguistic programming) EFT (emotional freedom tapping) allowing you to reconnect to your true sense of self, gaining a better understanding of your higher purpose, connecting to your passions and life goals, welcoming what you want more of in your life and how to achieve that.
