• Recieve pre cleansing guide, this starts day 1-2 eliminating unhealthy foods, beverages & substances from diet - i.e reducing/eliminating alcohol, caffeine, refined sugars, trans fats, carbohydrates.

• Start 3 day juice, smoothie and broth/soup cleanse - delivered to your door with teas, supplements, and cleanse guide.

• Incorporate body movement/exercise/meditation practices daily.

Week 2 Days 8-14
