Teen Empowerment Coaching

This carefully designed session has been created to support the common challenges that our youth are currently facing in order to decrease anxiety, self doubt, negative mind talk and low self esteem.

This safe space will allow communication to flow easily, learning new tools to calm the mind and body through breathwork, visualisation and sustainable goal setting.
