- Receive a personalised health coaching session with Brooke (1.5 hrs) /done in person or online via zoom. - Set personal health and wellbeing goals for the next 30 days with accountability partner Brooke ensuring you stay on path and keep aligned with your goals. - Receive pre cleansing guide, this starts day 1-2 eliminating unhealthy foods, beverages & substances from diet - i.e reducing/eliminating alcohol, caffeine, refined sugars, trans fats, carbohydrates. - Receive 3 day juice/broth/smoothie CLEANSE delivered to your door. - Incorporate body movement/exercise/meditation practices daily. - Incorporate guided breathwork & visualisation practices to calm the mind and body.
