Days 1-14 - Receive 2 weekly personalised health coaching session with Brooke (1.5 hrs) /done in person or remotely via zoom - Receive online guided breathwork and visualisation sessions to practice within your time frame. - You will set yourself up for success with personal health and wellbeing goals for next 3-6 months and incorporate guided breathwork & daily rituals to calm the mind and body. - Receive pre cleansing guide, starting week 1, eliminating any unhealthy foods choices, beverages & substances from diet - i.e reducing/eliminating alcohol, caffeine, refined sugars, trans fats, carbohydrates. - Incorporate body movement/exercise/meditation practices daily. Days 15-30 - Receive 2 weekly personalised health coaching session with Brooke (1.5 hrs) /done in person or remotely via zoom - Continue with daily practices and processes as pre cleanse diet - Start 5 day juice, smoothie and broth/soup cleanse - delivered to your door with teas, supplements, and cleanse guide. - Receive online guided breathwork, NLP visualisation sessions to practice within your time frame. - Receive reintroduction guide on how to introduce meals/beverages back into your diet. - Incorporate body movement/exercise/meditation practices daily.
